WiLDAF undertakes research at both the local and national levels on identified topics that influence policy. WiLDAF has carried out research on Maintenance of Children, Women and Land in the Volta Region, and Case Studies on Effective Implementation of Women’s Rights in West Africa, among others.
As part of its strategic plan for 2005-2007, WiLDAF Ghana will commission papers on topical issues of concern to women. Primarily experts will be requested to analyse legislation and policies from a gender perspective. These papers will be published as monographs as part of WiLDAF Ghana 's advocacy tools.
