
Through networking and coalition building, WiLDAF Ghana is able to bolster its efforts on behalf of women. Pursing joint action with both governmental and non-governmental agencies, WiLDAF Ghana recognizes that cooperation and dialogue will increase the effectiveness and impact of its work by sharing information utilising unified action.
WiLDAF Ghana is dedicated to maintaining and sustaining a strong network which it services through various means. Network members enjoy the benefits of:
- Trainings on Women’s Rights, Human Rights Education and Legal Awareness
- Advocacy Activities relating to Women’s Human Rights and Human Rights
- Capacity Building Workshops and Sensitization Programmes
- Assistance with proposal writing
- Publicity through WiLDAF Ghana’s website and Newsletters
- Possibility of attending various national and international meetings
- Support through provision of resources persons/facilitators on Human Rights, Legal Rights Education and Governance
Membership is flexible and opened to:
Individuals of any profession or organizations committed to keeping issues affecting women on the front burner of development discussions.
Membership of an organization or individual is granted when a completed application form is sent to the secretariat alongside the appropriate membership dues (GH¢ 20.00 for individuals & GH¢50.00 for organizations).
