Togui Tatse-Kwaku V, the chief of Kpando Tsakpe and a retired teacher of 38 years of teaching experience in various parts of the country believes that women in leadership positions are inspiring role models particularly to the youth.

He is particularly proud of the examples of MP for North Dayi, Hon. Akua Sena Dansua and the only female Ghanaian doctor and head of the Margaret Mar quart Hospital in Kpando, Dr.- whose influence has positively impacted the young girls the Kpando municipality.
According to Togui Tatse Kwaku V, most families in his community have accepted continuous education as a key to empowering women. It is heartwarming to note that he is combining his position as chief and expertise as an educationist to accelerate this development

He is very excited about the caliber of WiLDAF resource persons who were in the community to organize the workshops because they also served as a source of motivation for the young ones. Interestingly, the chief has not stopped asking WiLDAF to organize more workshops in his community. This encouragement from a traditional leader is worth mentioning.
