
Patricia Essel
Ms. Essel started her career as an Administrative Assistant with Women in Law and Development in Africa (WILDAF) in November 1999 and has risen through to become the Programmes Manager for the Communication and Advocacy Team. In this role, she provides leading and supervisory role for the C &A team and also coordinating and facilitating of workshops among others. She currently hold a post graduate certificate in public Administration from GIMPA, Ghana, Post Graduate certificate in Development Students from Trent University, Canada and a Bachelors Degree from University of Ghana Legon in Social Sciences.
She takes charge of International events like International Women's Day, 16 days of Activism Against Gender Violence and many other projects in response to the implementation of Domestic Violence in Ghana.
Additional Experience :
Prior to her working with WiLDAF Ghana she assisted the then Dean of Law Faculty, Prof Akua Kueneyhia in her office, as well as completing a short internship with West African Aids Foundation WAAF.
