
Benjamin Kofi Quansah
Benjamin Kofi Quansah is a consumate Professional with extensive experience in Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Financial Management and Business Plan Development.
He is a Management Accountant by profession and a Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Professional (Gold Standard Certification)
His specialities include Managerial accounting, Financial planning and control, Kaplan-Norton Strategy execution approach using the Balanced Scorecard, Performance Management, Financial Statement Analysis and Reporting, as well as Activity-Based Management.
As Manager-Finance and Administration for WiLDAF Ghana, he has overall responsibility for WiLDAF Financial and Human Resource matters and assesses the budgeting and financial reporting needs of the organization. He compiles and coordinates periodic budgets for the organization and ensures an efficient and effective financial system and financial management of the organisation’s finances. He also prepares and presents Fund Accountability Statements to donors and partners in line with prescribed financial reporting formats.
His responsibilities also include ensuring the efficient and effective management of the Financial, Human Resource and Tangible Assets of the organization. Ben supervises all staff responsible for finance and administration and doubles as the Child Protection Policy Officer of WiLDAF.

Prior to working with WiLDAF Ghana he worked with the President’s Special Initiative as General/Cost Accountant.
